He remains personally involved with clients, and for years the company's work came almost entirely by referral.

Phil works with homeowners at the earliest stage of a project, helping shape scope and expectations before a plan is drawn. Outside the office, he has a long background in martial arts — a discipline that suits the patience the work asks for.

Kris keeps schedules, documentation and communication moving. Her background in residential lending and real estate gives her a clear view of what homeowners are navigating alongside a build.
